Playa Larga is an open ocean beach and has some very unpredictable currents and undertows, ideal for relaxing, getting a tan, playing in the surf at the shoreline, walking or just exploring.

With 15 kilometers of open beach it is impossible to get bored! You can rent horses and ride all of Playa Larga and most of Playa Blanca almost to Barra de Potosí. Group rides are the best way to enjoy this relaxing activity. Enjoy the natural beauty that our beach has to offer!

You will find many species of birds and a variety of maine life along the beach. With a little luck you will see dolphins on the waves near the beach and in the winter months you might see a few grey whales passing by.
